- Please note that we, SezondsHands, are selling SECONDS HANDS and BRAND NEW apparels/items. It will be clearly stated down below each item.
- All the photographs taken are posted without any edit or adjustment in the colour.
- We can't provide an exchange for the products you bought because we only have that one and only pieces for all the apparels/items that were posted on our blog.
- For all the sezonds-hands items, the defects (if any) will be stated below the photographs. Please ensure that you are fine with those defects before you place your order with us. (*Not to worry, all our sezonds-hands apparels have been washed.)
- In the event that we may have missed out some defects that were not indicated on our blog, please send us a photo of the defect. We will also require you to send the defected piece to us before we refund the amount you paid. (*postage incurred will be absorbed by us). Please allow us three working days to process it.
- Order will be processed on First-come-First-Serve basis. The availiability of each item will be updated immediately if they have been sold.
- No cancellation of the order once payment has been made.
- We are so sorry but our prices are not negotiable.
- All prices indicated are in Singapore Dollars and the postage cost are indicated below the photographs of the items.
- We will not be liable for any loss or damage during the course of delivery. As such, we strongly recommend you to opt for registered mail.
- Currently, we delivered in Singapore only.
